Many safety professionals know basic legal requirements related to OSHA inspections and citations. But that’s no longer enough. Build your knowledge by reviewing case studies of employer rights and responsibilities during an OSHA inspection — particularly those involving fatalities and serious injuries and multi-employer worksites. Learn effective strategies for responding to citations and refining your organization’s procedures to protect against costly civil liabilities. Take away practical guidance and insight to confidently navigate OSHA inspections and safeguard your organization during enforcement activities.

Our Live Virtual Classroom provides all the benefits of face-to-face instruction without the travel time. If you have a computer with a camera, audio and internet access, you’re ready to learn wherever you are at exactly the same time as other attendees. Instructors can see you and you can see them. Plus, you can ask questions and engage with other virtual learners in real time.
