Course Description

Expand your influence as an EHS professional with ASSP’s ANSI/ASSP Z16 Certificate Program. Learn effective strategies for applying the ANSI/ASSP Z16 standard to identify, monitor and report meaningful EHS metrics that align with organizational goals and drive operational excellence. You’ll learn how to build a balanced metrics system that connects safety outcomes to business impact, while developing a systematic approach to identifying key risks, analyzing data and validating safety strategies. Through hands-on exercises, you’ll explore how to integrate leading and lagging indicators, support continuous improvement, and align safety metrics with risk reduction and safety management system enhancements.
