More companies are placing greater emphasis on case management among their contractors and suppliers. For contractors, having a well-defined case management policy—developed in collaboration with insurance providers—is essential. This includes clear protocols for ER visits, job transfers, and the use of benchmarked data. When implemented effectively, case management creates a win/win for contractor employees, employers, and hiring clients.
In this webinar, Simon Goncharenko will share real-world examples to illustrate the value of effective case management and offer best practices for creating or improving a policy that supports both compliance and worker well-being.
