Speaker 1 - Dr. I David Daniels
Dr. Daniels holds a Ph.D. in Occupational Health and Safety and is certified as a safety director, violence prevention specialist, emergency management specialist, safety and health specialist, and certified in mental health first aid. He serves as a member of the National Safety Council (NSC) board of directors and is a recipient of the NSC’s Distinguished Service to Safety Award. He is also chair of the National Association of Black Compliance and Risk Management Professionals Safety and Security Workgroup.

Speaker 2 - Georgia Bryce Hutchinson
Georgia A. Bryce-Hutchinson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Workplace Mental Health Consultant, and Certified Life Coach at Building Families According to Pattern, LLC. With a background in Environmental Engineering, she applies systems-thinking to design strategies that reduce stress, build resilience, and promote psychological safety. Georgia partners with companies to deliver crisis response training, leadership development, and high-impact mental wellness programs. Since 2022, she has led initiatives at L’Oréal and spoken for ASSP, NSC, and others. A Safety FOCUS trainer with ASSP, she is a recognized expert and media contributor on workplace mental health and employee wellbeing.

Dr. Goncharenko is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience spanning leadership, training, and environmental health and safety across diverse industries—including construction, energy, and data centers. His current focus centers on human and organizational performance, where he brings deep insight into improving workplace culture and operational excellence. As a published author, keynote speaker, and dynamic trainer, Dr. Goncharenko is passionate about helping organizations assess and elevate their values, behaviors, and performance.
