Description

This session aims to deepen your understanding of ASSP’s CLEAR Values and Code of Professional Conduct, which together form the foundation for defining professionalism among our members. These principles serve as the ethical benchmark that foster accountability, responsibility, and trust in the communities our members serve.

ASSP envisions a world where safety, health, and well-being are inherent rights for every worker. Members of the American Society of Safety Professionals are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism, prioritizing the protection and advancement of worker health, safety, and welfare through the practice of occupational safety and health.

Maribeth Anderson, MPA, CSP, is a seasoned safety and resilience professional with 25+ years leading safety, security, crisis management, and organizational resilience initiatives across industries including oil & gas, manufacturing, aviation, healthcare, utilities, and retail. She champions holistic workplace safety, integrating mental health and psychological resilience. A dedicated volunteer with ASSP, Crisis Text Line, and local charities, she fosters safer, healthier communities. Maribeth holds an MPA from Illinois Institute of Technology and has earned multiple honors, including ASSP’s Outstanding Mentor Award, inspiring others through mentorship, advocacy, and leadership.

Dan Rollino

Dan Rollino, CSP, CRM, ARM serves as ASSP’s Professional Code of Conduct Committee Member and has been an active ASSP member for over 20 years. Dan brings more than 25 years of risk management and safety experience. Dan's is passionate about delivering clear results driving improvements to employee health & safety. He is currently a Specialist for Chubb based in New York City. He also serves as Awards & Honors Chairperson for ASSP Region VIII. When not working or being dad to his two girls, Dan is working on running marathon #3 and taking taekwondo!
